Jasmine E. Sessoms is the founder and CEO of She Can Win, a movement that provides training and resources for women who are interested in running for political office. Since its inception, She Can Win has managed to get a plethora of women from all parties elected. Today, the She Can Win brand is expanding, providing a platform for women who are interested in both Public Affairs and Government Relations. An advocate for civic leadership, Jasmine has made it her mission to empower women. This includes taking the “Everyday woman” and strategizing ways to attain equal representation in-office. Sheri Cole is Executive Director of Career Wardrobe, a founding ACDN member that provides professional clothing and job search education to 5,000 people in the Philadelphia region annually.

Tamara Pitts, Board Member, Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits + 2018 National Conference Co-Chair

Tamara Pitts is a Senior Traffic and Safety Engineer at the Missouri Department of Transportation in Highway Safety & Traffic Division. Tamara also a part-time teacher Sylvan Learning Center and Sales Associate at Lane Bryant. Her current volunteer commitments include: Board Member of the Alliance of Career Development Nonprofits and High School Youth Leader at Evangel Church. Tamara is honored to be a part of the ACDN Community and lead the 2018 ACDN National Conference planning efforts. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University and current resides in Kansas City, Missouri.
