Perceptual Style Theory™ (PST) is a groundbreaking and transformative framework for understanding human perception and behavior. A Brief Description of the PS Guide Training
The Perceptual Style™ Guide Program is ideal for organizations who want to incorporate the concepts and tools of Perceptual Style Theory™ into their programs to assist individuals to secure and maintain employment.
The program consists of ten modules focused on the concepts of Perceptual Style Theory™, in-depth reviews of the six Perceptual Styles, detailed exploration of Perceptual Style Interactions, and proven techniques to help individuals claim their strengths and apply those strengths to secure and thrive in their jobs.
Each module consists of a 90-minute Zoom call, with focused topic presentation and discussion. The modules are recorded and there is a private forum for course materials.
